QUINTA DA CAIADA FULL DESCRIPTION: Located near the town of Loulé in the Eastern Algarve, this elegant rural house is particularly well suited to families, and it´s hilltop position amongst two hectares of farmland offers views of the coast within easy reach of beaches and golf courses. The interiors are warm and extremely comfortable with generously proportioned rooms. The property has a homely feel and is very well equipped, including Sky TV and DVD player, board games and telephone/fax machine. Quinta da Caiada is surrounded by terraces and a lawned garden, framed by almond, olive and citrus trees. Other amenities include a table tennis and crocket set, plus an all weather tennis court, golf practice nets, sauna and gym equipment. The pretty swimming pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace is quite shallow throughout (ideal for children) and sits to one side of the grounds. There is also a charming outdoor covered barbeque and dining terrace at the rear of the property. For two families wishing to maintain a degree of independence but wanting to be near each, the owner also rents Casa das Laranjeiras next door (about 150 metres away), which will accommodate a further 6 guests. This part of Portugal is well known for its pretty countryside and nature walks, sleepy white washed villages with friendly locals and reasonably priced restaurants and bars. There are several places of interest to visit nearby such as the quaint village of Alte, the Baroque palace of Estoi, and the market town of Loule. ACCOMMODATION - 6 PEOPLE Entrance hall with cloakroom (fitted w/ washing machine). Very spacious dining/sitting room with open fire place opening onto partly covered terrace. Master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area with open fire place and en-suite shower bathroom. Smaller double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom (very large beds) with open fire place and en-suite dressing room and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen (w/ breakfast table, microwave, gas oven and hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, food blender, dishwasher). Separate larder (w/ large fridge/freezer). Service door to exterior and barbeque terrace. STAFF & SERVICES Housekeeper and gardener/pool maintenance team 6 days per week. Housekeeper will also meet & greet clients on arrival at Faro aoirport. Extra services on request/at an extra charge: personal laundry, cook service (shopping, cooking, serving and clearing up @ Euros 100 per meal for 6 people, extra person to help @ Euros 50 per meal, food and beverages are extra); babysitting (minimum 2 hours @ Euros 15 per hour). All weather tennis court, located about 300 metres from this villa - it is obligatory for clients wishing to play, to be wearing non-marking tennis shoes inside the court perimeter; tennis rackets and balls are not provided and clients should bring their own. There also golf practice nets, a sauna/shower room and gym equipment (treadmill and rowing machine), located about 50 metres away, plus two mountain bikes available for client use.
