BAMBUDDHA SKY FULL DESCRIPTION:

This exceptional villa has a wonderful hilltop position with 360 degree views over the island, as far as Ibiza town, the sea, Formentera and Santa Eulalia. The famous Bambuddha Grove Club and restaurant is just at the bottom of the hill.

The property comprises a huge estate of 85,000 sq metres, consisting of landscaped gardens with lawned areas and stone terraces. This includes a large swimming pool with terraces all around, situated above the villa. There is a summer kitchen by the pool and several terraces on different levels, with beds and sun loungers. Steps down to the main house from the pool area.

The property is spacious and well equipped, and is an ideal base for a large group of friends wanting to be in a good central location. The bathrooms are oriental in style. It has a hillside position, lit up at night but it is not a very suitable property for very young children. Access to the property is by electric gates with telephone security system. There is a double garage and plenty of uncovered parking.

FIRST FLOOR -  Master suite covers this floor. Double bedroom with floor to ceiling doors to private terrace. Bathroom with 3 separate areas, one with large Jacuzzi with views to sea, large open shower and a separate WC. Separate dressing room with doors to roof of house and steps to pool.

LOWER FLOOR - 4 double bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, accessible from terraces. Separate apartment: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Kitchen. Living room.

STAFF

Maid Service 8 hours per day included in the price. Further hours & cook on request.
