COSTA MAR FULL DESCRIPTION:

This fabulous villa, set in a large garden with direct sea frontage, is also about 10 minutes walk from Santa Eulalia, the second largest town on Ibiza, with many shops and restaurants. From the well maintained, lawned gardens with trees and Mediterranean plants, there is a gate leading directly to the sea, and the rocks for swimming. A footpath leads to several sandy beaches with restaurants and watersports facilities, between 5 – 10 minutes walk away.

The accommodation comprises a main house, a guest house and a pool house. The main villa is accessed by a courtyard and has both a large ground floor terrace with dining area, barbecue and outdoor sound system, and a huge terrace on the first floor with lovely sea views. The Guest House has a small terrace at ground level and a large roof terrace, while the pool house, features a chill-out room with Moroccan domed ceiling and equipped with sound system, ideal for taking time out of the sun and relaxing near the pool.

ACCOMMODATION  - 16 PEOPLE

MAIN VILLA – GROUND FLOOR - Living room, opening to terrace with outdoor dining area. TV room with flat screen TV and sound system. Fully equipped kitchen. Adjoining outhouse with laundry. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, accessed independently from the terrace.

FIRST FLOOR - Master bedroom with sea view, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and large terrace. Twin bedroom with separate shower room and private terrace.

GUEST HOUSE - Living room with large flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen area and doors to terrace. Double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace with sea views.

POOL HOUSE - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 2 separate WCs. Chill out room with sound system and view to pool. Small food preparation area with fridge.

STAFF

Maid service included once a week: additional hours on request. Cooks, boats and other services can be arranged.

Beaches within 5 – 10 minutes walk; Santa Eulalia within 10 minutes walk.

THINGS TO DO

• The Saturday hippy market in San Carlos (Las Dalias) is a must - you can buy crafts from the local hippies but there is also a lot of music and drumming
• Hire a speed boat for a fun day out exploring Ibiza coves and Formentera´s Caribbean like beaches - ask us about it!
• Ibiza Town (D'Alt Villa) is a World Heritage Site and well worth strolling around during the calm of the day or when buzzing in the evenings - there are many restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as trendy boutiques and hippy stalls

OTHER FACTS

Minimum rental period 1 week. Saturday change-overs. Check-in after 16:00 hours and check-out before 10:00 hours.  Household linen/towels changed once a week. Pool towels supplied. Other Equipment available: 2 washing machines and a dryer, air conditioning,  several TVs each with a DVD player, Sky TV and Astra (with channels from all over Europe), and wi-fi internet access.
