EL SUEÑO FULL DESCRIPTION:

This exceptional property is situated 2 kms from the medieval fortified town of Artà, in the north-east of the island. The villa sits in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location, within a six acre estate with olive trees, an orchard, palm trees and flowers against mountain backdrop.
 
Built in the style of an old ‘finca’ entrance to the house is into a cobbled internal courtyard with a fountain, bougainvillea vines and a further outdoor dining area. The spacious rooms have beamed ceilings and fireplaces, are beautifully furnished with antiques and open to lovely terraces with elegant sitting and dining areas furnished with rattan furniture.

Down a pathway, a few minutes’ walk from the house is a fabulous swimming pool area with large pool surrounded by a terrace, furnished with wooden sun loungers and umbrellas. At one end is a huge built-in sofa. The pool, which can be heated on request, has a remote control electric cover, and there is also an outdoor hot water shower.

The beautiful pine bordered sandy beaches of Cala Rajada and Cala Aguilla, are only 10 – 15 minute drive away and both have open-air bars and parking. And approximately 12 kms away is Cala Torta, one of the nicest and least crowded beaches on Mallorca, accessed through a nature reserve. There are also four golf courses located within a 15 minute drive of this property.

ACCOMMODATION  -   1-4 or 5-9 GUESTS

GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall. Very well equipped kitchen opening to terrace. Utility room. Guest WC.  Huge living/dining room opening to terraces on two sides, and to the courtyard. Stairs lead up from the dining area to the first floor.
On the other side of the courtyard, there are four bedrooms: Small single bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a double bedroom, with doors to garden. Sitting room with fireplace, opening to terrace. Double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, and opening to terrace. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and opening to terrace.

FIRST FLOOR - Very large master bedroom with king-size bed, and sliding doors opening at one end to a bathroom, with central bath, large shower, 2 basins and WC. The bathroom, opens to a terrace.

STAFF

Maid service 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Caretaker 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for garden and pool maintenance. Breakfast every day or a chef to prepare dinner for guests at the villa (guests to provide the ingredients) can be arranged on request

Minimum rental period 1 week. Saturday change-overs. Check-in after 16:00 hours and check-out before 10:00 hours.  Household linen/towels changed once a week. Pool towels supplied. Other Equipment available: satellite TV (English channels), DVD, stereo, internet access in all rooms, large fridge/freezer plus extra fridge, gas stove (electric grill/hot air oven), microwave, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, and dryer. All the bedrooms and the kitchen are air conditioned on request/at an extra charge. Amenities include Swimming pool (20 x 4.50m, 1.55 to 1.75m deep). Pool heating on request/at en extra price.

5-9 guests – £7,121 per week
1-4 people - £6,090 per week

  BOOKING/CANCELLATION TERMS

  • 30% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the property
  • Balance due from client 6 weeks/paid to owner 4 weeks prior to start date of rental
  • Security deposit (£1,000) due with rental balance - this is refundable minus any applicable charges within one month of the end of the  rental
