ES CASTELL FULL DESCRIPTION: This luxurious, recently restored villa with spectacular harbour views is situated in the historic town of Es Castell, a short distance from Mahon. There is access from the lower ground floor down to a small dock where a boat can be moored, or one can swim from the jetty. It is also an easy stroll down to Calas Fonts to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many port side restaurants and bars. The quiet island of Menorca is the ideal holiday destination for those looking for peace and relaxation - it offers numerous beaches, sailing, tennis, interesting walks, horse riding, golf and archaeological sites and monuments to visit.
The villa is accessed through a south-facing walled garden with olive and palm trees and a contra-wave swimming pool. There are several terraces facing north, south and east including a huge second floor terrace with wonderful views. Just off the state-of-the-art kitchen is a terrace with a sun awning, outdoor dining area, seating 8, and barbecue. The interiors are decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the spacious rooms have high ceilings and marble flooring. On the lower ground floor there is a fitness room as well as a snooker room, opening to a terrace with stairs down to the dock. The master bedroom on the first floor opens to a large terrace with hydrotherapy spa, shower room, small wet bar, and views of the port. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. ACCOMMODATION - 8 PEOPLE LOWER GROUND FLOOR - Snooker room. Fitness room (equipment listed below). Laundry with 2 washing machines and dryer. Terrace. GROUND FLOOR - Large living room with panoramic views of the port, opening to the library with plasma screen TV and fireplace. Dining area, seating 10. Guest WC. Double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen equipped with 6 burner gas stove, large electric oven, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and drinks fridge, and opening to terrace with outdoor dining area. FIRST FLOOR - Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, opening to large terrace with Spa, bar, wc/shower and views of the port. 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite shower bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR - Huge terrace with spectacular views and isolated ‘siesta’ room with outdoor shower.

OTHER FACTS Minimum rental period 1 week. Saturday change-overs. Check-in after 16:00 hours and check-out before 10:00 hours. Household linen/towels changed once a week. Pool towels supplied. All the bedrooms can be made into twin or double beds (except the master suite).
