FINCA DEJA FULL DESCRIPTION:

This beautiful and very spacious property, great for families, has been recently constructed in the style of a traditional stone-clad ‘finca’. It is situated in a mountainside olive grove estate with panoramic views of the sea, and the village of Deja, which is just 500 metres away. A pathway also leads through from the estate to the neighbouring ‘La Residencia’ hotel, with tennis courts and spa facilities. The village offers a Michelin star restaurant, as well as other restaurants and bars, artisans’ shops and art exhibitions by local artists. Swimming and snorkelling is available at a nearby beautiful and unspoilt pebble beach, and further activities include boat hire and water skiing.
 
Entrance to the property is through security gates into a parking area at the rear of the house. Steps lead up from here to the swimming pool terrace on a higher level and offering magnificent views. At this level there is also a summer kitchen and a pergola with dining table and chairs, and on a level just below, a separate WC. On the other side of the house at ground floor level, the rooms open to an enormous front terrace, again with sea views, a fountain in the middle, a dining area and a summer kitchen with barbecue. The house has large bedrooms, including a huge children’s ‘dormitory’ on the top floor with 4 single beds, a play area and sitting room.

FIRST FLOOR- Huge master bedroom, with king-size bed, opening to a private sun terrace with fabulous views. En-suite bathroom (bath and shower). Steps lead down from this sun terrace to the main front terrace below. 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Large guest double bedroom with 4-poster king-size bed and sitting area. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower).

SECOND FLOOR - Huge attic area with 4 single beds, plus play area and sitting room with en-suite bathroom.

Maid service is included 3 times a week.

Minimum rental period 1 week. Saturday change-overs. Check-in after 16:00 hours and check-out before 10:00 hours.  Household linen/towels changed once a week. Pool towels supplied. The children’s attic play area/ sitting room has and TV and video/DVD. The rooms all have air conditioning/central heating and there is Bose sound system throughout, as well as Sky TV and internet connection. A welcome pack of essential food supplies awaits guests on arrival. The swimming pool (11 x 5m) can be heated on request/at an extra charge.
