FINCA MARIDADI FULL DESCRIPTION: Finca Maridadi is located just five minutes north from the “The City of Dreams” as Ronda is known to the locals - the area is history rich and offers some of the most stunning vistas of southern Spain. A series of traditional Andalucian whitewashed hillside villages (Pueblos Blancos) also well worth visiting are located within a short driving distance, whilst Sevilla and Jerez can be reached within an hour and a half. Finca Maridadi is set within three and half acres in a peaceful rural location with spectacular views of the Sierras de Ronda to one side and pretty farmland to the other. The only disturbance here could be the infrequent service from the small railway line which runs close by. Horse riding can be arranged nearby. LA FINCA ACCOMMODATION – 10 PEOPLE Ground Floor – Large entrance hall with guest WC, opening onto a very spacious sitting room of 11 x 6 metres with “French” doors to pool terrace and garden. Open plan kitchen/dining room (6 hob cooker, double oven, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher) with “French” doors to a covered outdoor dining area. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Double and twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. The twin bedroom also has French doors to pool terrace and garden. First Floor – Master king size bedroom of 10 x 6 metres with en-suite bathroom, separate shower, and “French” doors to a private terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Two further double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom and each with “French” doors to a large shared terrace. The 15 meters long swimming pool with roman steps and an ornamental fountain, is surrounded by an extensive garden laid to lawn and containing a wealth of flowers, shrubs and trees. LOS OLIVOS ACCOMMODATION – 6 PEOPLE All on one level totaling 150 sq metres – Large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room with open fireplace and French doors to terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 4-ring gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and microwave. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower bathrooms. The large garden includes a swimming pool (5 x 10 m and 1,4 m deep w/roman steps), a covered poolside terrace for dining “al fresco” with barbeque and a “boules” court. LA CANCELA ACCOMMODATION - 4 PEOPLE All on one level totaling 120 sq metres – Spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/living with open fireplace. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine 4-ring gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and microwave. French doors opening to covered terrace for dining “al-fresco” with portable BBQ. Double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Lawn garden with swimming pool (4 x 8 m and 1,4 m deep w/roman steps). STAFF & SERVICES Maid service twice during the week. Regular pool and garden maintenance. Baby sitting on request. Cook Service on request.
