The Skyline Penthouse is located in the heart of the capital of Spain, and enjoys panoramic views of Madrid’s skyline. A metropolitan setting that situates visitors just 3 minutes away from the city centre.

This beautiful and well equipped penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 120 sq meters, furnished with Asian antiques and dark hardwood floors and sits within a fully gated luxury residential area of three high-rise buildings, surrounded by 30,000 sq meters of lush gardens.  The buildings have daytime caretakers, an entry phone system, 24 hour surveillance service, and private parking.  Residents also benefit from a choice of sports amenities within the complex: two swimming pools, a smaller toddlers pool, four tennis courts, 2 paddle coutrs and one basketball court.

Spacious living room/dining room with stunning views, with sliding glass doors that lead to an impressive terrace (2 teak-wood deckchairs, small BBQ and table tennis) planted with blooming wisteria vines and roof-top trees, ideal for summer  entertaining. Master bedroom (king size bed) and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom (queen size bed). Bathroom with separate shower and twin basins. Single child’s bedroom. Additional shower bathroom/cloakroom. Newly renovated and fully equipped  kitchen.

STAFF & SERVICES

Maid service twice a week to clean and change household linen. Extra Maid Service, Baby-Sitting and  Airport Transfers (in a private car), on request at an extra charge.

DISTANCES

International Convention Center (IFEMA) – 5 minutes; Barajas International Airport – 10 minutes; Financial & Shopping District – 15 minutes. Conveniences shops such as small supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc are located on parallel road to the location of the penthouse. Public Transport - Buses 129 or 150 to the centre of the city stop next to the entrance of the Residential Complex. There is also a subway line (Metro Pinar de Chamartin) located approximately 600 meters away from the main entrance. Easy access to M-30 (that surrounds the city and allows quick transfers to all locations) and to Burgos and Colmenar Highways.

Flexible change over days. Minimum 1 week rentals. Check-in between 16:00-19:00 hours/check-out before 11:00 hours (luggage may be placed in storage for parties with late departures). Welcome Hamper included in the rental.  Household linen supplied/changed 2 x week. Sitting/dining room equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo CD player. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and 4 ring cooker, coffee maker etc. Central heating/air conditioning and internet access included in the rental. The Skyline Penthouse is located on the 13th floor and the building has a lift.  Guests have access and free use of the complex amenities but sports equipment (such as tennis racquets) is not supplied. The swimming pools are outdoors and open between 15 June and 15 September only. There is residential parking outside the building but free places are difficult after 8pm.
