OUR PRICES Please note that all the prices listed on this website are for your guideline only and subject to re-confirmation at the time of booking. VAT may be applicable and added in some instances. Our rental prices are quoted in Euros, UK Pounds Sterling or US Dollars - please use the Currency Converter link to help you calculate the cost of your holiday in your preferred currency.
PAYING FOR YOUR VILLA HOLIDAY A non-refundable deposit (up to 50% of the total rent due, depending on the terms of the property) will be required to confirm your booking. We can not confirm a rental until we have received a written confirmation (by email or post) and the required deposit (by bank transfer). When making bank transfers, it is important to include dates of rental, name of property and what the amount refers to (i.e. deposit or balance). Please also make sure that "sender pays for all transfer related charges"- if any fees are wrongly deducted at beneficiary end, these will be added to the next payment due. Payments for the balance plus the security deposit (if applicable), are due 6 weeks before arrival at the property. Reminders will not be sent out and we reserve the right to cancel a booking if payments are not made in due time.
CANCELLATIONS If you have the misfortune to have to cancel your holiday, you will be charged in accordance with the following scale:
— 6 weeks or more before arrival at the villa - loss of deposit (up to 50% depending on the terms of property)
— Less than 6 weeks before arrival at the villa - 100% of the total cost of the holiday.
CONCIERGE SERVICES & SPECIAL REQUESTS Whilst we will aim to help with any last minute requests, please give us as much notice as possible - at least 1 month prior to the start of your holiday. Terms and cancellation fees will be detailed when the service requested is confirmed available.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Our properties can only be occupied by the maximum number of people specified in the description. The property owner/management reserves the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately or charge you extra, if you and your party do not comply.
Most of our properties include a basic welcome food hamper on arrival as well as some maid service – please check individual descriptions. In most cases we are able to order extra food and beverages items, and arrange for extra staff services should you require it.
Cots and high chairs are generally available at most of our villas but need to be requested in advance of your rental. Extra beds are also on request - an extra charge may be applicable.
Unless otherwise specified, arrival at your rental property is after 16:00 hours and departure on the last day, must be before 10:00 hours. If your flight arrives earlier or departs later, please check with us first, if an arrangement can be made to leave your luggage somewhere safe before or after checking in/out.
Most properties require that a security deposit is paid in advance (with the balance of the holiday). A refund will be made approximately 1 month after the end of your holiday, minus any applicable charges for damages, breakages or extra local services booked but not paid for. We do ask you however, to settle any such charges/costs before your departure, as this will simplify the return of your security deposit in full.
Please print a copy of these terms & conditions at the time of booking, as well as a copy of the villa page you are booking, for your easy reference and in case of any disputes.
Please do not forget to arrange your HOLIDAY INSURANCE! We would advise all our clients to take out adequate insurance before travelling, to cover any potential medical emergencies, personal belongings, personal liability, travel delays and/or and cancellation for the duration of the rental period. To the best of our knowledge the villas listed on our website are insured under the regulations of the country where located, but this may not cover all of the above mentioned points, so you need to make sure that you and all party members are suitably covered.
